I’ve been to see Dr. Bullock for two appointments so far and he has been absolutely excellent. I have really sensitive gums (partially my fault) and pain management is a priority here. After seeing that the cleaning hurt the first time they laid out options for me and I decided to use numbing gel going forward which worked great for both myself and the hygienist. They even ask what kind of music would make you most comfortable. And they’ve also laid out a real plan going forward to help my gums get better, and I’m so excited to have that happen. But I’m mainly leaving a review because of the amazing experience I had here post-COVID. I have a really bad stomach condition and as a result was not feeling well the morning of my appointment. I tried to come in but was simply feeling too sick upon arrival for them to see me. I explained the situation to Sue at the front desk and said that I didn’t think I could wait until November (when they were scheduled out to) because of my extremely sensitive gums and teeth- I usually get a cleaning every few months- and she worked out a really awesome solution that allowed me to come in at a time I was more comfortable with. I was very pleasantly surprised because I thought for sure I wouldn’t be able to come back for several months due to the huge backlog of appointments they rescheduled due to COVID. That made me very nervous to not have a cleaning for so long and I’m so happy I don’t need to worry now. I’m a customer service manager and I know it’s not easy to deal with the public sometimes but Sue and Dr. Bullock and the rest of the team here always go above and beyond for me, no exceptions. I’m very lucky to have a wonderful team of people here taking care of me. Thank you so much guys!!😊I can’t wait to come in for my appointment

Dr. Tyma is fantastic. Tyma takes the time to explain what is being done and all the alternatives for any dental issues you may have. I have to admit I was worried going to the dentist after years of avoidance, but Tyma did a thorough examination and has me on the path to a mouth I can be happy about after years of neglect. The supporting staff always greets you with a smile and is very knowledge to answer any questions you might have. If you are looking for great dentist look no further. A+++ highly recommended.

I've been going to Tyma Trachtenberg Dental for 30 years! They were great back then...they're better now! Appointments are available in reasonable time frame. Appointments start ON TIME, all the time ( within a few minutes). The staff is superb-knowledgeable friendly supportive...its clear they perform routine training at TT Dental. Then, how about Dr. Tyma, Dr. Trachtenberg, Anne and Tonia...those professionals are on top of their game, and the facilities and equipment are always sparkling clean, well maintained and I'd say state-of-the art. Their technique is exquisite, and friendly too. My teeth and oral hygiene have been outstanding ever since I met them...a great team...Join them! Sincerely, Michael

I love this office!! Everyone is so nice and welcoming. I always feel at home and cared for EVERY time I walk through the door! Dr. Trachtenberg is an amazing, caring, considerate dentist and is absolutely AWESOME in his work. His precision and perfection to give you a flawless smile is his number one goal! I get so many comments on my front teeth veneers. No one can even tell they aren't mine!!! I can't leave out the wonderful assistants and hygentists! They are amazing! And the welcome and knowledge from the ladies as you arrive and depart is always wonderful as they greet you each time with a big smile and are MORE than helpful with scheduling and any questions you may have about care or insurance!! My dental experience is here consistently top notch!!

Great service by caring, dedicated professionals. I have been a patient since approximately 1980, maybe a little earlier. They were even able to see me for an emergency appointment on a holiday many years ago. Highly recommended!

I have been going to this practice since 1989-1990 when they were on State Street. They are all extraordinary and caring, especially for a person that had an awful experience in a Dentist office in the Bronx in the late 50’s. They helped me through a challenging (for me, but not for them) procedure today. If you are in search of a dental practice with the most caring, talented and competent professionals; in my opinion, the Tyma Trachtenberg Dental practice is 2nd to none.
